Crowd sourcing
This film is a great idea of how people come together to make a film. This is because any body could do a 15 second clip in the film and they could have up to 5 scenes and this meant that thousands of people got involved with the new project. started in 2009 and was finished and produced to the public in 2012. The project an emmy in 2010 for creative achievement.
1. How have online media developed?
It has allowed many people come together to create films that may not have existed without the internet, david gauntlet stated that this will allow people to pass the media gods and start having an impact.
2. What has been the impact of the internet on media production.
It has allowed many more people to start making their own film with the star wars uncut as more than 1000 people helped make this new project happen.
3.How is consumer behaviour and audience response transformed by online media, in relation to the past?
This has allowed more people to watch and contribute with media due to the internet were as in the past you just had to sit back and let the media gods distribute media down to us.
4. To what extent has convergence transformed the media?
because there is more convergence in the present time it has allowed more people to watch and use the internet when they are not at a computer. So this allows people to watch short films or films when they are out and about if they get board. So this has giving the little people a voice as they may be able to get more people watching if they are only short films as some people may only have 10 minuets to watch a film and see the short film.

film industry & fandom
Fandom is when a person is a fan of a film and shows this in many ways such as making own media text and join fan sites to post on forums. Henry Jenkins also believed that people now produce more fan made videos because they are easier to produce and upload to the internet.
Collective thinking
Is when people com together to voice them selves with fan forums and discuss about a film. This is good as they may get points and become more noticeable but they may also have admins that stop people saying exactly what they want.

So as you can see there arm many examples of collective thinking thought the use of forums that fans have made many different forums to show there fandom for the film industry and some may get more hype than others.

David Gauntlett Web 2.0
Theory
He believes that the media has changed the way that the media has changed. This is because he said that before people had to change their life's around the media. Also he mentioned that with the use of youtube it was good because people are able to get media anytime. Also in the past people believe that before it used to be media gods because people had to get it when they were told. But now you can get the content almost when ever you wanted to.
Web 2.0 is a garden that everyone helps grow. Such as Facebook and Youtube.
As well as this it meant that people were able to voice their own opinion.
Also he mentioned that people are spending more time online as he believes that this allows loads of people to get the voice across to the many thought the use of little websites.
He also mentions that people are able to craft their own thing and this will grow well that are using youtube.
